Mail-In Rebate Promotion
Receive a manufacturer’s mail-in rebate of up to $20.00 per gallon with the purchase of up to two (2) gallons of Pettit antifouling paints or up to two (2) quarts of SR-21. To receive your rebate:
1. Purchase up to two (2) gallons of eligible Pettit antifouling paint or up to two (2) quarts of SR-21 between 3/1/10 and 5/31/10 SR-21 purchases will receive a $5 rebate per quart kit Unepoxy, Ultima SSA, Copperguard, and Unepoxy Plus purchases will receive a $5 rebate per gallon Hydrocoat, Vivid, Ultima SR-40, The Protector, and Horizons purchases will receive a $10 rebate per gallon Trinidad, Trinidad SR, Ultima SR-60, Trinidad 75, and Trinidad Pro purchases will receive a $20 rebate per gallon
2. Complete and mail this rebate form, together with a copy of your dated sales receipt and the original UPC code(s) cut from the product label(s), to the address below
3. Please keep a copy of your receipt, rebate form, and UPC code(s) for your records
